Recent Publications: A summary of Chip Ossman's survey research for the Master
of Dispute Resolution Thesis. The survey asked the recipient to act as
arbitrator of a described project dispute, assuming that the dispute description
summarized the recipient's understanding of the dispute at the end of
arbitration hearings. A questionnaire allowed the recipient to issue an
